Appointment & Cancellation Policy: 

To confirm your first appointment 50% of the service will be charged in advance with the card provided. 12 hour cancellation notice is required for a full refund. 

 

For all appointments with less than 12 hour cancellation or a NO SHOW, 100% of the service price will be charged. Cancellation notice may be accepted by phone or text.
